Ok, that is what I thought initially. You are not using the correct voice config file for NextGen. You have two options
1. Find the correct voice config file to use with VocalizerEx
2. Use the built-in TTS engine (tts_nua_ve1)
Do one or the other, but not both. If you want to use VocalizerEx, makes sure you do not have the tts_nua_ve1 directory.
If you want to use the built-in TTS engine, make sure you uninstalled VocalizerEx apk and remove VocalizerEx directory. I've uploaded the english tts_nua_ve1.

My 1st preference would be VocalizerEX because it sound much better.
Can you please post the VocalizerEX voice config (engAU or engUS female)for IGO nextgen?

If nothing work out then I will use the 2nd option of built-in TTS. Thanks for reuploaded english tts_nua_ve1.

It's correct (or rather tested) for the following

NextGen9.18.27.687519-Gift(26Jan2017)
NextGen9.18.27.689739-Basarsoft(10Feb2017)
NextGen9.18.27.693527-World(14Mar2017)

no guarantee to work for anything else. I don't have the time to create nor the resource to test it. So if it doesn't work for your version of proggy, you need to use any of the above 3. I re-read your earlier post and there something that doesn't seem right. You said you got the combination of VocalizerEx and my voice config working on a different device running NextGen but doesn't work on your head unit*. But it works under Primo on your head unit**.

* So it could be VocalizerEx not working on the head unit
** VocalizerEX is working via Primo; since it is outside proggy it has to be wrong voice config. This is a contradiction since the voice config I made was specifically for proggy to use VocalizerEx. Conclusion, it's not working for your version of proggy.
