What do you mean only "direction is working?" Direction is TTS. You're confusing problems, you're issue is not TTS but TTS related ability in other subsystems. What's "the rest" sound alert?
In Igo Nextgen I can only select voice config that "not announce street name" so overspeed or speed cameras TTS would not work so it only produce sound alert "DING".
To clarify the problem would be TTS work but not TTS PRO function in iGO Nextgen whereas TTS and TTS PRO both work in iGO Primo.
