If you can not select voice that can announce street name, you don't have TTS working. Until you get basic TTS working, "TTS Pro" is irrelevant.
Your posts are very confusing. Post a picture of what you are able to select under the Regional setting.

Sorry for all the confusion.
In IGO nextgen under Regional setting I can see all voices files including one with street name announce.
When I select the voice without street name announce I can hear voice but when I select voice with street name announce I can't hear anything at all.
I went into android setup and test voice engine (VocalizerEX) it work, I can listen to test voice so I have no idea why it is not work with Igo nextgen when it is working with Igo primo.
The only different is with Igo primo is stored in Micro SD and nextgen in internal memory.
I have checked sys.txt do include all directory from both internal and external so it does not make sense why it is not work in nextgen.
