They show up and work for me..I tested them before posting.
Maybe you do not have a compatible TTS engine installed in the main Android settings (not the iGo settings).
What I posted works with Google, Ivona, and all variations of Nuance. Probably will not work with the old Loquendo for Android.

    EDIT:
    Try this one:

After looking at your English file that works, the TTS Engine is shown as "Android TTS"..which is compatible with some TTS engine/iGo combinations.
The more 'universal' setting is "Android", so I changed the file to "Android TTS" to describe the engine within the file. See if it now works...it's the same as your English voice file.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks again! I dunno what it is with my phone and TTS. Before I couldn't get it to work with iGO Primo, now I can't get it to work with NextGen. :-s

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and use the Google TTS engine (it works outside of NextGen)(I have 2: Samsung TTS and Google TTS). With the latest voice file the voice still doesn't show up in NextGen.

Guess will have to keep on trying. Maybe I should use Loquendo?

    No.
That would potentially introduce other problems. Google TTS is probably the most compatible TTS engine, so you should stick with that..you could try an uninstall/re-install of Google TTS just in case, but other than that I don't know what could be wrong except maybe some conflict with Android version or a file missing from UX or something. But you are not alone. Many report no issues with TTS (given proper voice file), and others are in the same boat as you..just can't get a known working voice file to work.

    One more shot at it:
Here is another Dutch TTS voice I modified for Android, but from a different source (more like the original TTS voice).
    Give it a try...then I give up :-(

PS. I tested this one too, on a route simulation, and it worked for me (but with my English TTS engine it sounded very strange).
