Is it possible,to be precise and point out, what is the difference between this new Basemap NNG 2012.03_210623 and Basemap_NNG_2015.10_190527 - for example?

IMO it is of more recent date - and will therefore be concerned with the current changes on our globe
and
2012.03, is a regular basemap and second, 2012.10, is for Turkey (Turkey censure, no shapnames)

ex calipoint say: my Knowledge of today is what I read yesterday 🧐😉
Makes sense but, how those current changes supposed to be reflected on the map?
