Which one should I use for the IGO 8.3.5.231128 & maps of Spain, Portugal, France??

This "Basemap_NNG_2015.10_180511.fbl"
with NG WinCE do not activate, the usual licensing problems on the Contents due to the partial crack of the WinCE versions...patience.

Edit:
For NG WinCE work well "Basemap_NNG_2012.03_180511.fbl"

I tried all the versions on android with iGO Israel Nextgen and they all worked without any problem.

For WinCE NextGen still need a license.
It was a discussion that what is the last version that works without a license, just to find it. Or use previous basemap ver for which is presented license.
