"According to the NNG there is a difference between this 2 basemaps: Basemap_NNG_2012.03_170825.fbl and Basemap_NNG_2012.10_170825.fbl. First, 2012.03, is a regular basemap and second, 2012.10, is for Turkey (Turkey censure, no shapnames)."
