    Thanks for the reply. I am having a lot of trouble with this process. I am trying to do the method where you enter diagnostic mode first then connect the cable. My windows xp computer recognizes the device Ok, but when I try to start updater it gives an error that no update files could be found. I don't know what I am doing wrong? 1441quf
