Thread: Convert fenix 5S/5/5X Plus to D2 Delta S/Delta/Delta PX

It is now. I've just uploaded fenix 5 Plus 15.30 <=> D2 Delta 7.00 files to the MEGA share. So you can convert back to fenix now.

I renamed the D2Delta700_to_f5P1530.gcd file to GUPDATE.gcd and put it under the Garmin folder.
Though the update showed up and my watch rebooted, the update didn't seem to stick and the watch is still stuck at V7.
What did I do wrong?

Hmm ... I don't know why it doesn't want to work. However, I've uploaded an alternative firmware file which sets the "Reset/Downgrade" flag. Maybe this one works. Otherwise, try to downgrade to a previous D2 Delta version using the Backdate-firmwares (they work the same - rename to GUPDATE.GCD and put into GARMIN folder on watch) and then try to convert from that older version to fenix 5 Plus.

The alternative firmware file worked. Thank you so much for your help!
