However it maybe will prove on comparison that the APEC and TWN versions share the same HWID of 2296. US/EU nuvicam has HWID 2043, but both APEC and US/EU share the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] of 105-02547-00 indicating possible hardware compatibility across nuvicam regional versions. If TWN and APEC versions have the same HWID then it should be quite safe to use the APEC boot.bin as Ldr.bin to dump regions from a TWN version. This is why giomen has asked for your HWID. Also if units have same HWIDs then it follows that PCB P/Ns will also match, but clearly the converse is not necessarily true.
PS: GIR_Editor is used to extract the images from the logo bin not RGN_Tool.

You'll need to understand the process better or you may risk bricking your device. As original TWN firmware isn't available it may not then be possible to restore it as a TWN regional version or even worse not restore it at all. It's not worth risking your expensive unit over a splash screen change so please read as much as you can before requesting further assistance. Only you will be doing the actual 'hands-on' work so we cannot take any responsibility and might have to refuse to assist you unless you show a clear understanding of the process and risk. The biggest risk in fw modding is lack of product knowledge so at least a basic working knowledge is essential.
