You should rename it as a normal RGN for your device, so that updater.exe would accept it.
But I'm sure it won't help you. You've already tried this kind of cure, but it was not universal.

you´re right, did not help at all. but thanks anyway.

I found that it is possible to move the Garmindevice.xml file to an SD card and run WebUpdater to find updates for my Nuvi, but i don´t know how to trasnfer them to the Nuvi without using the PC, is there any way to do it?

Right but i also want to copy vehicle or voice files, i read this post [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and i´m sure it´s possible, i´m using this commands in update.txt file
copy, <SD>:\Vehicle\offRoad.srf, 0:\Vehicle
reboot
but i always get error in update,log i´m nit sure what is the correct syntax.

if any one can help i´ll be very thankful.

Try this:
copy, 1:\Vehicle\offRoad.srf, 0:\Vehicle

Try erasing the spaces inside.
