    You should rename it as a normal RGN for your device, so that updater.exe would accept it.
    But I'm sure it won't help you. You've already tried this kind of cure, but it was not universal.

    I found that it is possible to move the Garmindevice.xml file to an SD card and run WebUpdater to find updates for my Nuvi, but i donīt know how to trasnfer them to the Nuvi without using the PC, is there any way to do it?

    If there is a new firmware gupdate.gcd in sd /Garmin , nuvi should update firmware at restart

    Right but i also want to copy vehicle or voice files, i read this post [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and iīm sure itīs possible, iīm using this commands in update.txt file
    copy, <SD>:\Vehicle\offRoad.srf, 0:\Vehicle
    reboot
    but i always get error in update,log iīm nit sure what is the correct syntax.
