Regarding your Map issue I'm confused, When I flash this version it worked good with CN Maps.
Maybe a "text" or "keyboard" issue try to backup and delete all your "texts" and "keyboards" then put back slowly one by one.
English American text and keyboard is built in to Firmware, no file needed.
Do hard reset a few times before and after flashing.
Don't run your music and voice above 70 % with this version you can damage speaker.
