If it's the non-MTK chip with HWID 0827 it can be flashed to 465. Don't attempt if it's MTK HWID 1091, it'll brick. If you have 0827, use the 265W boot.bin combined with 465 fw_all.bin and HWID overrides set to 0827 in RGN_Tool for safety. You can follow 'Method 1' described in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and simply substitute the firmwares as necessary. Latest v4.20 465 firmware is here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Be sure to use latest versions of both firmwares to obtain the boot and fw_all components. You can leave the 265W logo as-is or flash 465 logo to region 16, available here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Make sure you back up region 41 [NV Backup] before doing anything. Basic files such as Voice, Text etc except Help are the same on both units.

Open a separate topic if you need more help.

Disclaimer: Any firmware flashing is at some risk. Cross flashing by it's nature has a chance of bricking a device. All attempts are at your own risk regardless of how you might interpret my suggestions above. I do believe it is safe to use the 'hybrid' firmware method of combining the original 2x5W unit's boot.bin with the donor 465 unit's fw_all.bin retaining HWID 0827 based on my personal anecdotally proven success in over a dozen conversions using that method. I also believe that it's NOT safe to do a full conversion to HWID 0943 using full 465 firmware.
