I just install successfully Streetpilot 2.33 on my Nexus 7 2013 ROOTED with kitkat 4.4.4
APK used for storage/sdcard0.
Tested with EX-YU map (NTU 2015.01), unlocked.
Just need follow your instructions exactly, post #258
