    Yes, this fix works for my HP Touchpad, no Padfone error now and app runs nicely. One other user also confirmed on his tablet.

    P.S. For HP Touchpad, I also had disabled startGPS() in same class, or else FC.

    I just install successfully Streetpilot 2.33 on my Nexus 7 2013 ROOTED with kitkat 4.4.4
    APK used for storage/sdcard0.
    Tested with EX-YU map (NTU 2015.01), unlocked.

    Great! Does it work good? Have you tried other apks and got Padfone error?

    my nexus 7 2012 3G still doesn't work with any possible solutions. need help ~_~||| please~
    maybe the cpu tegra 3 not support? but MTK cpu works......><

    OK. Got it working on my 10" Xperia Z Tablet. I copied the files to my SD Card, installed the sdcard1 APK with the Padfone fix. Unfortunately the installation wiped all the files from my card. I recopied the files to the card and restarted the tablet. Everything seems to work now but it took about a minute to find the GPS location.

    For all apk that have inside path Android/data/com.garmin.android.apps.gmobilext/files/Garmin you must first add Garmin folder then install apk and thurn OFF/ON device and only then run streetpilot.
    If you wish, you can [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
