    I desperately want to use this on my Nexus 4 non-rooted using stock 4.4.4. I have copied all the files to Android/Data as per instructions and installed the apk for emulated/0 on my phone. I've also copied gmapprom.img to the .system folder.

    The app starts fine but I don't have any maps. Not even the base map shows up. In the settings under "My Maps" there are no maps.

    Also how do I change the language to german. Only US English is available.

    Edit:

    Works fine now. It seems that you must copyy everything to the right folder on your PC before moving it to your phone.

    Hi Mate
    Share some information i tested and installed this apk of 2.33 Garmin pilot on my S3 Taiwan with 4.4.4 KK...
    everything is working find and it seem compatibility more then 2.16 version on 4.1.2...
    Good to using and look

    Anyone know how to get poi files to work with this? I'm trying to get truckdown.gpi file to be recognized but to no avail?

    Do you have GPX folder inside Garmin folder?
    If you don't have it then create and add in GPX folder your poi file.

    I would like to add a second map. I have named it gmapprom2.img but it isn't working. Is it possible and does anybody have any ideas? Only gmapprom.img shows up in the app.

    Yes I have the same problem with Search..

    In case you didnt know, click Where To, Add shortcut, Address, move it to top. Address works.

    Inside folder Garmin create folder Map and inside add map with anyname.img and will work.

    I mean enter house numbers.
    I must hold number on qwerty keyboard to enter house number, but if you search number 139 then you casn't enter number 9
