All of my Garmin GPS units all show in Garmin Express show Garmin City Navigator Europe NTU 2023.20 and can still reinstall it or put on my PC.
Did get a message to update to Europe NTU 2023.10 back in May 2022 before Europe NTU 2023.20 and have not seen the message about as " Garman_Nuvi" points out and as of today still not.
I am using Garmin Express v7.15.2.0.
