    On my backup laptop with Garmin Express I show this:

    As I have not connected these 2 GPS units to this backup laptop it thinks I need to update via Garmin Express.

    But have already done this on my main laptop.

    I have my backup Garmin Express only as backup if I am doing other things on my main laptop.

    As you can see even an old Nuvi 2595 still lets you update to City Navigator Europe NTU 2023.20.

    The problem I have have with Garmin is you can never get any info off their Website as to problems.

    The person who reported what Garmin said has not shown the message they got from Garmin.

    This screen shot is in Dutch but you get what the user is saying.
    2 to 3 weeks before you can install the corrected version.

    Still would like to see the official response from Garmin about this......

    That should of been posted in quotes to prove what Garmin is saying.

    Yes some people are reporting to updated back to City Navigator Europe NTU 2023.10 and others are not.

    You would think that my backup laptop that has not done any Garmin Express updates would reflect that but it does not.

    So I assume asprin624 devices were all updated before this issue appeared and Garmin halted the update for now.
    My experience is if your devices have been updated on any PC already Garmin Express will continue to show the latest 2023.20, if you have a device new or old and you haven't updated yet Garmin Express offer 2023.10.

    Not making a statement to the general public is totally logical as it would cause an out cry, if those that had updated were informed there was a possible problem ,and those that didn't are none the wiser.
    My experience with Garmin customer service has always been a positive experience ,but I don't think they will make a statement ,but just delay the roll out until the suspected issue is resolved. Often their issues with updates only effect specific device models.
