Thread: Post here please your help request regarding Garmin

I got a second hand Garmin nuvi 250.
There is only one map of Canada (2008) in it.
I am now moving to Australia.

There is no disk, no software, no memory card (I lost all in Canada).
when in Canada, I just used it as it was bought so have no idea of how to install Australia map now...
Is there any free solution for this?:D

Sure, just get the Aus & NZ map from this site, extract it from rar, and copy as gsupp.img to an SD card. Best to leave the Canada map in the place as you will get into bother if there are no routeable maps on the nuvi.
