Thread: City Navigator Russia NT 2016.10 Navicom (Revision 2016.11)

Gents,
what's the buzz about 2016.11 update? I've read all the recent posts but just don't get it whether I have to update my 2016.10 copy or not. What's the bottom line? I haven't yet had any issues with my own copy other than usual Navicom map quirks (like a map being too optimistic about road network)
And if it's really worth it, then can somebody pls come up with a torrent link (like a magnet thing or such) so one doesn't have to download all the parts from ads-full 3rd-parties?
