FWIW, here goes my 1st attempt on creating and seeding magnet torrent for those who prefer one-click way:

EDIT: for some unknown reason I see this BB changed the hash part of the link. There're no spaces from leading 1bc to ending 028 (1bc2b7240ebbd1531065216c112665e63555a028)
Please let me know whether it works or not. Content is taken from the 1st post and uncompressed and sorted into sub-folders, no unlocking is performed.

Upon a quick googling the PPD sub-folder was renamed to FastRouting. Torrent is re-hashed, magent link is updated.
