Make sure to clear the non-volatile memory: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. This device may need to clear rubbish data in its non-vol region to operate correctly.

GE should offer you all available language files as well as other missing ones such as the detail map entitlement. Click on the device in GE when connected, then select Tools & Content > Utilities > (then below Optional Updates) select "Language Files" and "Other Files". You should be able to select then what you need. Make sure you've cleared Non-vol and rebooted a couple of times before you connect to GE. If it doesn't supply the voice, text, keyboard etc files, try WebUpdater:
