    Connect it in MSM then create a folder named Garmin in the root and it might boot up.

    one more....I think it it bricked already....that's why it goes to a mass storage....any suggestion here....tq

    MSM = Mass Storage Mode.

    If it was "bricked" it could not access Mass Storage Mode. Connect it to PC, create a folder named Garmin, then safely disconnect from PC, then power it up.
