Well that is a shame.
I have downloaded the original files posted by Schermann.
Yes the .MAP files are faulty but a 5 minute bulk edit with EmEditor easily corrects those issues.
Accuracy??? - I have no idea but they look pretty good to me.
Test - enable a 10km Grid in OziExplorer - perfect alignment here.

Disclaimer - I have simply modified the .MAP files and merely tested a few of the 500+ maps. There are probably still errors???
