Thread: NATMAP 2008 (updated 2011) Australia TOPO | OZIEXPLORER | 513 maps

Since the original uploader does not bother to provide working maps I removed the useless links from the first postings.
In case you do need the 250K Natmap collection I can offer an alternative.
It is the 2006 collection, but after checking the 2008 edition I decided it is not worth the update, only a hand ful of maps have a release date after 2006.

Unlike the version from the first posting, this works just fine!
No badly converted PDF maps, but seemless tiles allowing for proper navigation.
Due to the 2GB limit on CE systems I was not able to provide a single map.
All maps are in the unprotected OZFX3 format with proper .map files.

There is only one way: the right way!

Well that is a shame.
I have downloaded the original files posted by Schermann.
Yes the .MAP files are faulty but a 5 minute bulk edit with EmEditor easily corrects those issues.
Accuracy??? - I have no idea but they look pretty good to me.
Test - enable a 10km Grid in OziExplorer - perfect alignment here.

Disclaimer - I have simply modified the .MAP files and merely tested a few of the 500+ maps. There are probably still errors???
