Did you try removing it and testing it on a PC to see if it is readable?
If readable then get a blank SD card of the correct size and copy over the contents to a folder on your PC and then insert the new SD card into the PC.
Then copy the info you saverd to your PC to the new SD card.
Then test to see if it works.
What ever you do do not format the problem SD card.
The best you can do is run scandisk on it to see if it can correct the problems.
When you buy a new memory card, you don't need to format the card before installing your maps. New memory cards are formatted to FAT32, which is the correct format for use with navigation devices.
