The picture is desperate, and the device ... no comment
Use CPU-Z to identify architecture (mentioned many times). If the device does not have internet access, you will not be able to use NDS.
Oh...aman. You are a bit lazy to browse and read... SYSTEM tab in CPU-Z.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
Sorry, but I need help. I have read a lot of post and I have tried several times to install tomtom, even original from Playstore and I can't use it. After load tts voice appears the picture I attached.
I tried with last version of NDS, 1.7 of Klaus, 1.10,etc and always the same result. Even with NDS Mod version.
I install armeabi-v7 version, then I copy the obb file to the corresponded android folder and I load the application, or almost I try it,because it never load.
Sorry for my English but any help will be appreciated. I repeat: a lot of hours reading and translating your great work.
Spoiler: images
Thanks in advance

You installed it successfully
The problem occurs when communicating with the server for initial setup
I see the connection is 4G but I don't see the throughput. You must have online access (try via Wi-Fi).
Make sure you have granted all application access rights (GPS included and turned on).
I don't see an icon for it anywhere. Are you sure your device has a physical GPS receiver?
P.S.
the device is with slightly falsified specifications API 27 > Android Oreo (8.1)
Kerenel x86-x64 > can't be both..
but never mind...

I have tried again to install the latest version of tomtom nds, connected to a wifi connection (shared with another mobile phone as an access point because the device is in the car) and it rerurns the same result.
GPS works perfectly with Waze or Google Maps

Always is frozen in this step and internet connection stop.
That setup will not work.
You need to have a direct WIFI connection to your home WIFI.
As I do not know where your car is in relationship to you house you need to get much closer to have a good connection.
That being said the TomTom NDS app is not made for Head Units.
It will work as a mirrored image to your Head Unit screen if you have the correct head unit.
Here is the manual:

Thanks asprin624. Is strange because I can install nds version in another Head Unit(the same), with lower specifications and 4G connection too. Otherwise I can’t install original tomtom and I have purchased it. The same problem.
Problem is next > your device don't have physical GPS receiver.
Waze, or GMaps pull complete data from the network. It can be useful, but it is very imprecise especially outside cities.
Also totally unusable without the network.

Thanks for your answer, but in this case my device has GPS receiver. I can use it with Sygic and I test it without internet connection. The problem is with tomtom. I've purchased until next october and I would like to use it, the original or NDS (modified) version.
