The display of the watch and Wi-Fi icon can be deactivated and activated. But to the volume slider I do not find the right entries.
Perhaps something is really missing. What a pity
In fact, there is a small possibility, but I have not yet successfully integrated this feature.
I had high hopes for this. Installed the app and downloaded a map, logged in and set a destination from My Places. Unfortunately, it crashes when it tries to start the route, pretty much like GO does on my Allwinner T8 Cortex A7 8* 2.0Ghz Octa Core head unit. I've read elsewhere here that TomTom has (rendering?) issues on some head units, has anyone found any kind of fix?

As far as I know, no one has found it yet.

@CaddyCTS,
We go through this once a week about Head Units from new users.
It is a smartphone app that can be linked to some Toyota Radios.
Please take the time to read all about the TomTom NDS app.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I quote them or read for yourself with the link.
"TomTom (TOM2) launched a new navigation app that can be mirrored to Toyota vehicles’ in-dash screens using SmartDeviceLink (SDL) technology – a first for both TomTom and Toyota. The TomTom Navigation App is available at no extra cost to Toyota drivers in Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay – on both iOS and Android™ phones."
I read that yesterday but didn't realize it was this particular app. Thanks for pointing it out.

Well
Spoiler: official app
It may have something to do with the phone's UI
As far as I can see his phone has no soft buttons. Maybe that's the reason.
