TomTom NDS MOD

Took both the v.1.8.10.b.557/558 MOD 2 and the v.1.8.10.b.original out for a test on 2 the same smartphones.

Both were working with no problems at all. What did happen is on the Mod version after driving and giving instructions for 20 mins. the voice just stopped giving me info.
Just before I got to where I was going it started giving me info again.

The whole time the v.1.8.10.b.original kept giving me info.
Both were using default English Serena.

I do not know if it is a bug in the mod version or not.

Has anyone run into this problem??

Both were a clean install....

Running mod2 on a Galaxy Note 4 and no problems with voice, just completed a approx 40 mile trip.

Today I crossed 2 times for 50 km, I did not notice any problems. Yesterday played over the two hour simulation, everything was ok.
Btw, McD must have paid well for this, the sign is always present

Hello...

after a real test about 45 minutes route, everything is OK.

the only problem i have find is the cameras ... downloads very few of these that really exist...
also two mistakes in translation....

Thanks @modemakias TomTom labs will be fixed in the next version. We cannot change the number of cameras because it is an online service, unless we find a way to import them.
UPDATE: @asprin624
The last two days I had the opportunity to test the MOD version on the road. The first stage of 1600 km I used EN voice Serena, and the second stage 800 km SR voice Danica. All the way the navigation worked flawlessly.

I'm getting "incompatible voice language" message for Danica voice (AlphanumTTS). I've tired both version from here v1.1.1 and the latest one from from Google play v1.3.4. What am I doing wrong?

@saomaohao,

I have not had the time to test the Mod version again. Been very busy getting my hiking trips back on after the lifting of the Lock down. Will test again maybe next week. It could have something to do with my connection with Bluetooth watch blocking it from time to time.

Have one weird issue - I'm testing MOD version on S8, and "regular one" on S9, and mod version makes phone pretty hot, something I haven't experienced when I had regular version on S8. Anyone with similar experience and idea how to resolve this?
I haven't done any phone updates or anything recently so I believe it's down to TomTom.

Since the MOD is unlocked and draws much more online data, it is possible that this is the case.
Btw, I used the S9 for testing. But in airplane mode, only GPS on, sometimes with WiFi. There was no overheating.
