@xXxe,
Your screen shots do not show anything
Your screen shots do not show Settings
Your screen shot does not show Maps and Display
Your screen shots do not show Download Maps
Nothing is shown with your screen shots.
Some more details as to what you are doing.
If you say you can get to the Menu and Pick Europe where is it in your screen shots.
You just have blank screen shots??????
Where did you install the app?
Did you install the OBB folder in the correct place???

Yes
Yes
I unpacked the XAPK installation package on my laptop. Exactly as it is described in this post: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
So I installed the apk, then copied the directory "com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds" to the internal memory of the phone, which is here "Android> obb"
Just in case, I also copied this folder to the phone's SD memory card.
After starting the program, the screen appears as in the attached screenshots. When Europe is selected, a blank screen and a loading icon are shown.
Additional info:
TomTom Go 1.18.01_Build_2169_Patched_By_DFoX working fine.
Android 5.1.1
Xperia Z3

I really don't understand why you didn't use the .xapk file format. It's made to avoid beginner errors, and it installs easily with the mentioned xapk managers. But ... delete everything now and now copy the obb first and then install the application. You did not follow the installation order.

Once upon a time there was a TomTom MOD.
After uninstalling the application, I installed it again (in total, I did it several times). This time I turned on the GPS.
A strange thing happened. The application has changed the icon on the home screen. Before that, there was an icon with a dark background. Now there is a bright arrow on a white background.
Now the application works and I can download the map.
