Because you prefer the full TTS (computer) voice of Samantha, you must set the Language and Input in Settings of your phone to be one of these :
English (United Kingdom), English (United States), English (New Zealand) ...but not English (South Africa) etc...
and then you will be able to use Samantha's voice.

When I was selected Serbian language, I got a message like you and I could not use Samantha's voice !

Thank you but my language settings in phone settings has always been set for English (United States). Never changed it, even reinstalled it when this happened yesterday. Worked just other other day on 1.17.3 Still does not work with 1.17.5. Tried to change to English (United Kingdom) to try Serena (Computer Voice). Can't use that either.
