Actually all links work when I turn off adblocking and use a VPN. Works.. but slow. 30 mins download w/o premium acct.

Edit: Unfortunately, that did not work. Even went all the way back to 1.17.1 when I know it was working b/c that was released in Oct 2017 and there was a long period between 1.17.1 and 1.17.2 released in Aug 2018 to support Oreo.
Another data point for those with similar voice issues... this only seems to happen in my Nouget 7.1.1 while Marshmallow and KitKat installs have no computer voice problems on 1.17.5
Any other suggestions from the experts here?

hence - they by all means will modify their soft anyway... Or maybe - on the contrary - will get things tighter to make app work improperly when cracked...

Ok. thanks for all the suggestions and links. Will switch to my backup GPS-Sygic until I figure this out. Will report back my finding to share if I ever resolve this.
