I am never out, especially when there is a challenge involved. Still, it is difficult to help you without having the firmware to modify. I have a Japanese fw here, but I do not know where it is coming from and I do not know if it is for your 1360. You could contact Garmin and ask them where to download the latest fw for your unit. Then we can start from there.
