Each time the same "No Permission for this system"
Is the cause may be AOKP Android (modified cm10.1)?
I did everything exactly the same as shown in the posts that you provided.
Polish language in all three versions.
Folder "LoquendoTTS" I have copied to the internal SD card
I have last Hellybean 4.2.2 Android with last Dorimanx kernel (9.27).
