Loquendo 7 International TTS Pro Voices for iGO Primo Android

Hello everyone as a new user.
I have installed on my system vocalizer.tts_1.0.1 but could not see him.
I have uploaded the folders on the sdcard with language pack but nothing happens.
I have Android 4.2.2 (cm 10.1 clone) and the kernel Dorimanx 9.20 - is it may not work with this system?
