Got the scratch.zip.
But not clear on the install process.
Without removing the scratch.zop, it ask for some Tel No weith code +84.
If the delete the scratch.zp, recompress it, then the error is of corrupt apk.
I am missing on the install process. Can u elaborate the full process.

@chautien If you have a running igo. Look at why I did for authorize all licences included old and do the same. It's just MD5 check
