if you can upload the whole package (apk, data.zip and ux)

with a first look your version is:
9.35.2.271066 / Apr 14 2022

It will ask you active code, you can remove scratch_code.zip in ux to pass it!

VMS2_271066.apk, open with winrar, then go to
assets/ui_plugins_zip/aa/scratch_code.zip

Got the scratch.zip.
But not clear on the install process.
Without removing the scratch.zop, it ask for some Tel No weith code +84.
If the delete the scratch.zp, recompress it, then the error is of corrupt apk.
I am missing on the install process. Can u elaborate the full process.
