I am a newbie here and hoping someone can assist me. I got the T4A map purchased and I followed the guide to install the files to a memory stick as it supposed to be plugged into a Garman device. When I check the memory stick after using Basecamp/Map install (Garmin software), it only has a file called Id.txt (Assume this is the license) and it has a folder called Garmin. Inside that folder, it has gmapsupp.img which cannot be opened by any software.

Does anybody know what I am doing wrong or how to get that file into the correct format?
