Hi friends,
i have a newbie-question:

I got running now the T4A-App from #post1 (iGO Tracks4Africa 9.19.2.746397 - 24.oct.2018 v2.7z) on my NOKIA 6.1 with Android 9 (pie)…. because with many other apps (basarsoft etc.) i had steady black screen, download-loops etc after the OTA-pie-update…. content with african and european maps (f.e. austria), now in versions 2018-Q4.

Now the question:
I see in (in german maybe no exact in english) information-menues /3d-building, /3d-points, /junction view NG /”Vorverarbeites Straßennetz”, that my licenses do not cover this features (red written files).
I have yet added so much actual licenses from this forum, but it’s always the same result.

=> Does the T4A-Version-app not cover/support all this features?
=> If the T4A-Version-App supports (some of this) this features, what licenses do I need therefor?

In addition to the licenses that came with the software itself, you only need to add the ones that come with the map package.
Have you tried with 2019.Q2 edition?

I have not tested this software with Here maps, if I find the time soon later I will check.

Given the problems you have, they are otherwise common with Android, I would recommend you
- to backup your data from your phone
- do a full factory reset
- and of course then try clean install of any iGO NextGen edition.
This should work.

first of all i must tell you, after plenty hours of endless versions-tests (...) i got running now iGO_Basar_9.18.27.736574.apk, a "normal" license-cracked version of iGo Nexgen... on my NOKIA 6.1 with Android 9 (pie).

On my phone its definitiv Google Play Protect!
Google Play Protect must be turned off, and the problems are away...
If i got only running your non-cracked T4A (#post1) and before this again (after all this other tests) also not the cracked version from #post10/11 i got it:
Google Play Protect finds the license-cracks and avoids the start of all this apps... stucking black screen....

So its not more so important for me if all this things i called in #post12 run also in the T4A-version, i have both versions installed, t4A for africa and reserve, Basar for Europe...
But i will test it with the the 2019-Q2-edition-torrent-maps-set* after having downloaded it (6,5GB) and tell the result of the licensing in T4A then here.

I had the same problem.
After the last security patch (as of 2019.08.01) iGO World and iGO Basarsoft did not work anymore. Only black screen after launch.
This tip helped.
I turned off Google Play Protect and now everything works again as before.

I've run it and everything works fine and with permissions but it doesn't show me the maps. What am I doing wrong?

you need license for map,
and map folder should be populated with maps and folder poi with poi

Hi everyone

i have a newbie-question:

I downloaded this iGO version and its new so I want to try it. I also run other iGO and all runs smooth and fine. But somehow this iGO-Africa not reconginzing my north america map
Once I open iGO it show blank unable to show maps ?

Now the question:
Does the iGO-Africa -Version-app not support USA / north america ?
=> If this Version-App supports what licenses do I need therefore?

You are right, maps are not recognized (inactive).
Unfortunately separate licenses are required, as these standards do not cover that part of the world.

I am a newbie here and hoping someone can assist me. I got the T4A map purchased and I followed the guide to install the files to a memory stick as it supposed to be plugged into a Garman device. When I check the memory stick after using Basecamp/Map install (Garmin software), it only has a file called Id.txt (Assume this is the license) and it has a folder called Garmin. Inside that folder, it has gmapsupp.img which cannot be opened by any software.

Does anybody know what I am doing wrong or how to get that file into the correct format?
