Only files that you really need. Only one (or two) langs&voices, if you were adding licenses use only the ones that came with the software and those of concrete map edition, remove premium dem - use only standard, as little speedcams as possible, remove unused ux files, if you're not a trucker don't put ftr&truck poi, remove hnr files, etc etc...

Don't use skins until you have the knowledge you need, so you can throw out all ux files you don't need.
