However, the different structure of the NG software, in fact its dependence on licenses, dictates the unlocking possibilities.

I understand from your posting, Primo 2.4 require 2 licenses and Primo 2.0 require 1 license to be termed completely cr*ck and usable. What are codes that have been changed or omitted between the Original extracted from those cars and the cr*ck version?
Currently, which mod version of NG WinCE have the most cr*ck & potential ?
