If you're using Lockito for route tracking, adding new coordinates to the map may cause incorrect notifications, especially for average speed. If you want to test average speed, all data must be in speedcam.txt; only then will the test be accurate. Regarding section closing, using OSC solves all problems. You don't need to have all the data; just code 4 is sufficient.
