I simply believe that these countries have very similar cartels and are all included in the Default signals, only the countries with particular cartels are diversified.
In the drivealerts there are also those from Greece, if they don't match just replace the "wrong" ones.

As there are "Correct" Global_cfg you can also create "Correct" Drivealerts and TMCs.
