As Master Pongo informed me, this is in the_skin_by_pongo.zip and more specifically in navigatemap.ui file, line 433 (latest iGO Luna skin by Pongo update 10.10.2022):
<BOX orientation="vertical">

This line can be changed as below:
<BOX orientation="vertical" paddingtop=7 paddingbottom=10>

I found the above settings as the optimum, concerning current speed/overspeed percentage indications placement (inside the 3D current speed/overspeed frame).

The original zip file with the modification. Like not needed. This is Master's creation and manipulation

Lower your screen and/or iGO resolution

I think the problem is with the global.cfg he uses. Try the new one from batiskaf

And I get NO file poi_visibilities.txt

... ok I have strange entries at the end of the poi list: no text only "----------------" and I get strange entries in poi_visibilities_save.txt like

Good morning, a question that I hope will go here, would there be a way to change the speed of the sign that appears next to the speed at which we are going, (90km and it shows 80km) I mean the speed of the truck, which in highways or other roads goes 10 km below.

The sign shows the speed limit, 90KPH, right? This is a "Standing Instruction" sign. Why change it relative to the 80KPH speed you drive?
