Yes, the iGO route transmitted from Google Maps will be laid according to the criteria laid down in iGO, for example, taking into account toll roads, etc...
So it is not a matter of transferring the exact Google maps route, according to traffic collected by Google,
    as:
    • the only thing that iGO takes into account is the destination point coordinates
    • the route will be created according to the criteria laid down in iGO (for example, taking into account toll roads, etc...)
You can see the route in Google maps, but is just that.

    It's a matter of:
    • speed, using Goggle maps to search for a destination, instead of iGO's Keyboard (Sharing Google maps result via Map2Geo is necessary)
    • finding more relevant to destination results

    @batiskaf

You don't have to interpret my answers as challenges, I just gave my opinion, if what you say works too, users have two ways to transfer routes to iGO and they can choose the one they like best.

I'm not familiar with Cyrillic but I tried to make a route starting from Pisa, first stop in Lucca, second stop in Florence and arrival in Siena.
I don't have the share route item but share driving directions and share location, however Map2Geo in iGO Israel only transfers the destination (Siena) and in Luna it doesn't transfer anything, I disabled Maps updates but it still doesn't transfer anything in Luna.

My opinion about the Google Maps + bundle Map2Geo + iGO:
    1. Search for an address in Google Maps and transfer to iGO - great.
    2. Building a route (A to B) in Google Maps and transferring to iGO - passable.
    3. Building a complex route (A+B+C...) - no way
I think that the necessary routes can be collected from the waypoints transmitted from Google Maps and saved in iGO, without using Google Earth and PC...

I did some further tests and I'll answer you in more detail.

I fully agree with you, I also prefer to search for destinations with Maps and then transfer them to iGO.

    2. Building a route (A to B) in Google Maps and transferring to iGO - passable.
Here I have to contradict you, Map2Geo does not transfer the route but only the final destination.

I set a route from Pisa to Florence along the FI-PI-LI expressway, transferred with Map2Geo, iGO asks me to accept the destination and when calculating the route it should at least offer me that as the first choice, instead it is the second option and as a starting point it is not Pisa but the location where I am.
I did a second test by setting the route to Florence from the point where I am always passing through the expressway ....... same result, as a first route iGO proposes to go from the Highway. It would be enough to read in the window that appears when Map2Geo is clicked, "Acquiring coordinates".......

Now we come to another problem, Map2Geo does not transfer anything to Luna.

At first I thought it was the fault of the Apk whose icon I had changed, I installed the original one and the result is the same.
I changed the skin to May's but same result.
I tried with the Garigor Skin, always the same result.

I tried to transfer the destination with Send To Navigation and it works, thank goodness that now it immediately proposes it as a destination and you don't have to go looking for it in your favourites.

So Map2Geo doesn't work with Luna!

In my opinion it is not working. Or to say it better, it doesn't do anything more than "Send to GPS". I don't know if it really transfers route but the program that receives it, Luna, Sygic etc, calculate their own route to destination and ignore the route sent by google maps.

It's easy to check it, as I previously wrote. Do for example this test. Make a route with google maps, choose the worst alternative route and transfer it to Luna or Sygic. You will see that they will calculate the optimum route and not the one you sent.

On Luna it works for me too, as already written in the previous post, but it only transfers the destination, not the path.

Let's be more precise on this.
It would be nice to transfer the exact route (from any reliable in traffic, Navigator like Google Maps) to iGO (luna or any other iGO version). I am not discussing about the most obvious route that the majority of the navigators might output. I am discussing about an alternative route that iGO doesn't outputs or creates it as an alternative option. Can this (not created in iGO or created as alternative) route be directly transferred from Google Maps or any other Navigator to iGO (any version) as the main (first in queue) iGO route option? An option that you just have to press the start navigation button?
Does anyone achieved it? And how?

To transfer only the destination point is feasible (to some or most of as) according to the previous posts.

But what about transferring the exact route? This is just a simple No or Yes and How as an answer.

If no answer at all I suppose that unfortunately this is not feasible.

Google maps offer the possibility to export the own created route in .klm or .gpx format.
For export in klm googe maps offer a own tutorial. I used one year ago and works with Igo.It is quit complicated.
I don't now if Igo can import .gpx.
