Hi all
Do you not think the best way would to ask that directly to Pongo to obtain the good explanation ?
You know you can contact him here, on his dedicated topic![]()
Let me point out the below.
It is more than obvious that the DA and TMC svgs that are included in Alains A_DA_TMC.zip or my N_GreeK_mod_UX.zip have priority over the ones located in the original zip files like Driveralerts.zp, TMC.zip, global_cfg.zip etc.
Same thing applies in most of the original UX zip files. They can be handled by any additional zip file which contains same folder and file structure.
But What is the rationale behind it?
It has nothing to do with the alphabetical order of the zip file name or its name by it shelf. These additional zip files can be named with any name you like (letters or numbers) and if the folder structure (inside it) is like the originals they take the lead. The contents of them like svgs or other files that have the same name with the originals will have priority over them.
I searched also about file association or correlation but I couldn’t find anything. Is it iGO hard coded? Did I miss a code inside a basic file located in the_skin_by_Pongo.zip file or somewhere else?

By selecting a route if there is no particular event (accident, prohibitions, works or closures), normal traffic due to various slowdowns is not signaled.
In the "traffic" screen it says "no events on the route" while the road is marked in red on the map.
It's normal?![]()
... unfortunately, this is how it looks in nextgen and you can't change it. Their servers are not the same as TomTom or Google Maps which refresh every 180 seconds. So there is no need to rely on TMC Igo
Hi all

In this way, traffic delays are reported.
However, there is always something wrong with "Traffic Map".
In all cases (with events or without) the route is marked in red/orange, should there be a relationship between the sidebar colors and the displayed route?

If you need more up-to-date information on TMC, then you can build a route in Google Maps before your trip and transfer it via Map2Geo to iGO_ Luna. And to find the right address, I always use only Google Maps, it's always faster and more relevant...
Batiskaf, are you sure that it's working? I tried to send a route through Map2Geo but Luna is only in the "open the destination" group and not in "open the route". So I think it sends only the destination and not the route.
Yes, I'm sure, but there is a nuance with Luna, it should be launched by then...![]()
