I do not believe this is the issue as all the other screens are fine, I believe it is to do with how the screen layout is done for that screen including fonts used. I would like to know how this done and where this is defined so that I can adjust these settings.

Does anyone know how the screen layout is achieved?

In the first image you are using the plugin grid_menu_layout ,maybe your software is wce!
To get the same search screen in the second image activate the plugin grid_menu_layout and add the sys

[interface]
show_scroll_button=1

If your device is wce and with 800x480 screen modify in sys dpi=auto to dpi=240

the device is WinCE and both the skin shown uses the grid_menu_layout and in sys.txt I have dpi=240 I therefore cannot see this as being the problem.

Tip: turn left onto the street ..... dot.

Hello¡¡ Sometimes the skin feels so saturated and I temporary loose guiding info. Something to do with that?

Hi, can you give more info about your device, and which skin you are using and explain the behavior how you temporary loose navigation and after how much time of navigation.
I have similar issue and maybe got you a solution.

Indication position of the location looks not in the middle of screen .it goes little less in the rite side
This is in my car navigation 1024x600
In system text DPI auto and with the same system text with original skin or other skin it gives me in the middle of screen
