thanks for your reply, but sadly that didn't do the trick.. even played with it (because there are 3 laneassist_xxx.zip files) deactivating one then the other, then 2 in combinations and in the end all 3 but unfortunately no result.. also deleted save folder and emptied app cache

I do not think that your problem is lane assist related, but Driver alert related. Maybe your map folder has wrong FDA file. Replace FDA file with an older one and try if it works correctly after that change. If it does not work. Try the same with the Junction view files FJV or FJW. Or try older "driveralerts.zip" in ux folder.
