The first link solved it! Just removed PEARL license.

For quite some time I had no 'Online Traffic' for Eastern Europe countries with TomTom maps, all Western Europe was working, with 'NG Israel version 9.18.24.687519' and available licenses.
I tested all different licenses with no success.
Finally I found solution.
In SYS.TXT changed 'profile-name':
Long time ago we changed from (abandoned) 'nng-igo-tmc-iphone' because 'server' was not working for some time, but it is working for some time, and online traffic is working everywhere.Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
It's even getting few more traffic events than others, and info is more 'up to date'.
