Weather and TMC iGO Gift 9.18.27.687519 - 26.jan.2017 is not working with iGO Gift not ISRAEL (NoSYS)

Edit: I know why traffic didn't worked. I had to change settings of memory localisation on SD CARD in my android 8 Oreo. Now I can confirm that tracking is working. But weather services has never worked for me.
